Student and Assessment Reporting at St Catherine’s College

Students will receive a number of reports throughout the academic year, informing parents and guardians on how they are progressing.  

The reports will contain grades and information to describe some or all of the categories below, depending on the year group the student is in:

• Their expected level of achievement at the end of their school career based on how students of the same ability have performed nationally in their GCSEs
• Their current level of achievement
• Their attitude to work both in school and in their homework
• College attendance
• Behaviour and House Points

To help you understand the grading systems we use at St Catherine’s College, we have provided two documents.  If you would like further support or information in understanding the reports, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s Tutor or Year Team.
