‘Exceptional results’ at St Catherine’s College

St Catherine’s College is celebrating after achieving excellent GCSE results.

The record breaking figures show an incredible 30 pupils achieving five or more A* and A grades. 

One Year 11 pupil, Alex Hilton, achieved a massive 15 A* and A grades.

Mark Talbot, Principal at St Catherine’s College, said:

“It is incredibly satisfying for all the staff, teaching colleagues and support staff behind the scenes, to see these exceptional results knowing how hard all the pupils worked.”

Attainment in English and Maths remains high with English posting a best ever at 89% A*-C. 

Other high notable exam successes included Heather Fitchett, Henry Cox, Yassine Rachid, Chloe Chatenoud, Ernest Golubovas, Harriet Willmoth, and Jessica Wood who each secured 10 or more A* and A grades.

Mark added:

“These are the first results for St Catherine’s College and I’m so very proud of everyone who played a part in achieving them.”
