This means that we have been recognised for our excellence in providing Mandarin teaching and Chinese cultural experiences at St Catherine's College.  

We now receive funding from the Chinese Government.  We are especially fortunate to be linked to the unique Goldsmiths Confucius Institute for Dance and Performance.  

We spent our launch day with authentic Chinese dance and martial arts performances, workshops, visits from VIPs from The Mayor, The Chinese Embassy, Eastbourne District Chinese Association finished with a fantastic buffet provided by a local Chinese restaurant.  

Our School, was also featured on BBC Southeast later in the evening.
