St Catherine's weightlifting champion, Lara will be on BBC News tonight (15/05/19) talking about her 9 weightlifting world records that she has accomplished. 

Lara has been weightlifting for a few months now but already holds nine world records!

She trains with her mother Maria, who also is a record breaker in her age category.
